Apps
Find every app your organization has published in one place, pin the ones you use, and sort them by group.
Find every app your organization has published in one place, pin the ones you use, and sort them by group.
Apps in the sidebar lists every app your organization’s people have published, so you don’t need to remember an app’s address to find it. You can open it without setting up an AI first.
An app shows up by itself once it’s published somewhere everyone in the organization can open it:
| Published to | Listed |
|---|---|
| Your domain, Private | Yes. Anyone in the organization opens it. |
| Your domain or Hosting, Public | Yes. Anyone with the link opens it. |
| Tailscale, Public | Yes. |
| Tailscale, Private | No. Only people on the tailnet could open it. |
An app that’s waiting for a review, failed to publish or was unpublished isn’t listed.
Each tile shows the app’s icon, name, address, owner, groups, and whether it’s Private (your organization) or Public. Click it to open the app in a new tab. Its owner and the organization’s owners and admins also find Open project in its ⋯ menu. Everyone else sees the app, not its project: its chat, code and tools stay private.
Search by an app’s name or its owner’s name.
Click the pin on a tile (or Pin to Your apps in its ⋯ menu) to keep it in Your apps at the top of the page. Pins are yours: nobody else sees them.
An app’s owner can put it in their groups from its ⋯ menu → Groups…. Organization owners and admins can put any app in any group. Once apps are in groups, click a group above the tiles to see only its apps.
